Getting acquainted with Each Other and Coesfeld

The Chapter members spent the day on Thursday, September 29, getting to know their surroundings and one another. The day began with Mass in the Kolping House chapel We learned how to use the translation equipment in the Chapter room so that our Portuguese, English, Indonesian, German and Korean speakers could all understand one another.   We are blessed to have 8 excellent translators to assist us with our work.  The rest of the day was spent touring the Kolping House facility, the grounds of our convent, Kloster Annenthal, and our international house – the Emmaus Community. The beautiful, sunny weather made our travels from place to place delightful!
